Challenging.  Guiding students to the top can be challenging.  You will specialize in taking challenging students and making them winners.  There is no secret formula for this process.  To The Top Tutoring will shepherd you along the way; however, the success of the tutoring relationship ultimately depends upon your ability to develop a genuine relationship with the student, teacher, and parent. 

Unique.  Your role as a tutor will be unique.  Tutoring centers do not personally invest time to develop relationships with students - it is not their business model.  However, you will work closely with the student to develop a relationship and to ensure that a mastery of the content is attained.  You will also have the opportunity to work hours that are flexible to your schedule.  We understand that you may be teaching in the school system during the day or working in a professional occupation.  Working at To The Top Tutoring, Inc. allows you flexibility to balance tutoring and a 40 hour workweek.
